3. Fees and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for services are payable according to the schedule set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Techora retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and pre-existing tools or frameworks developed independently of a specific client engagement, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access, and information reasonably required for Techora to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide such materials may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services or website may rely on or link to third-party tools, platforms, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Techora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website for any user who violates these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
